Tours take place at 9:45 a.m. on Thursdays, by appointment. Please call or email the school to arrange a tour.

Enrollment Application Fee

All new applications for Sunnybrook School must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $100.

New Student Registration Fee

All new students attending Sunnybrook School are required to pay a one-time (non refundable) enrollment fee of $3,000.

First payment of Fees (Due upon Registration)

The first payment of fees of $2,500 is required with each Registration Agreement. For new students, the submission date is shown on our acceptance letter. For returning students this fee is due on the date stated on the re-registration form. Withdrawal after March 27th, 2012 will result in a forfeit of the first payment of fees. Parents are responsible for fees for the entire year, after acceptance of a place at Sunnybrook School.

Refunds

There will be no refund of the registration fee or any other fees paid for students withdrawn after March 26th of the year of enrollment or re-enrollment. Early withdrawal from the programme, or later notification about the coming year, will result in forfeit of any fees paid.

Sunnybrook Parents Association

The SPA collects an annual fee of $50 per family. Please make the cheque payable to the Sunnybrook Parents Association, and return it to the school with your July payment.

Tuition Fees 2012/2013

Tuition fees include all books, materials, yearbooks and trips (with the exception of trips costing more than $25). There is no additional charge for the lunch programme.

Fees can be paid monthly with ten post-dated cheques in the amount of $1,880, each dated July 31 - April 30, in addition to the 1st installment. This amount includes a premium ($30/month) for the monthly plan.

Extended Hours fees (due July 31st)

Extended Hours (all grades - optional) $2,400

Students may be enrolled in the extended hours programme at any time during the year. Daily arrangements ($15/day until 5:00 p.m., $25.00/day for students staying after 5:00 p.m.) are available. A charge of $20 will apply for every N.S.F. cheque.
